About Us

Surrogate Sons and Daughters is a professional property management and concierge service located in Southern New Hampshire.

Our Founder, James C. Pullen Jr. (age 50) has a desire to age in his own home.  He does not want to rely on an Assisted Living facility as he grows old because he cannot perform the activities necessary to maintain his independence.  Leveraging his 33+ years of professional experience in Program Management, Finance, Accounting and Business Operations, Jim has conceived Surrogate Sons and Daughters to be a service provider focused on assisting individuals to maintain autonomy as they age.

The marketplace is full of individual service providers that provide in-home care, house cleaning, house maintenance or remodeling services.  Surrogate Sons and Daughters aggregates the marketplace, inviting suppliers and service providers to bid on your needs.  We are dedicated to unique personal attention to each customer, assuring your safety and independence while drafting requirements, negotiating costs, and ensuring schedule is maintained with the highest quality and integrity.
